崗位職責(zé)
1.Responsible for quality checking activities, from in-coming materials, in-process, to final inspection.
全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)從供應(yīng)商來(lái)料，過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)和終檢的品質(zhì)活動(dòng)
2.Build up and continuously improve quality management process & system throughout company, including ISO system, internal audit, incoming process and final inspection quality control, continuous improvement system, etc.;
通過(guò)內(nèi)審，來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)，終檢，持續(xù)改進(jìn)等方法，在公司內(nèi)建立并持續(xù)提高品質(zhì)管理系統(tǒng)和流程
3.Make sure all procedures & regulations are well followed and be responsible for validation from quality perspective at different project stages;
確保相關(guān)的程序和法規(guī)得到有效執(zhí)行，并在各個(gè)階段負(fù)責(zé)評(píng)估相關(guān)品質(zhì)目標(biāo)
4.Plan, implement and improve quality programs with an approach to lean and value-added systems;
基于精益和增值的方法，計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行并提高品質(zhì)項(xiàng)目
5.Handle customer complaints, initiate/follow through corrective action, coordinate different functional departments;
處理客戶(hù)投訴，分析并制定相關(guān)的改善措施，并監(jiān)督協(xié)調(diào)措施有效執(zhí)行
6.Investigate, analyze and propose treatment opinions on production line quality issues;
對(duì)產(chǎn)線(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查，分析和提出處理意見(jiàn)；
7.Inform relevant departments for quality inspection results, formulate corrective and preventive measures for existing quality problems and organize implementation;
通報(bào)各有關(guān)部門(mén)質(zhì)量檢查結(jié)果，對(duì)存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題制訂糾正和預(yù)防措施并組織實(shí)施；
8.Responsible for the quality statistics work of the department and timely submit all kinds of statistical reports;
做好本部門(mén)質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)工作，及時(shí)報(bào)送各類(lèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表；
9.Responsible for customer on-site inspection arrangements;
10.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)貨安排；
11.Perform other duties as necessary in support of Quality Management System goals and objectives;

任職要求
1.Engineering degree , familiar with Electrical, Mechanical, Science, Engineering, Production
本科及以上學(xué)歷，工程類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)：熟悉電子，機(jī)械，工程，生產(chǎn)等
2.5 years Working Experience
5年或以上質(zhì)量主管工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Courses for Management, ISO System, Medical Quality management System
有學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)管理，ISO體系，醫(yī)療器械質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)
4. Good command of spoken and written in English
良好的英語(yǔ)說(shuō)、寫(xiě)能力
5.Skilled operation of Office and relative software
熟練使用電腦辦公軟件
6.Excellent communication skill & leadership; Project management; Fast-reaction in pro
